Tintic High School is a small rural high school in the Tintic School District. There are approximately 125 students in grades 7-12. Tintic High School is located in Eureka, Utah in Juab County. The school is classified as a 1A school by the Utah Activities Association. They participate in girl's volleyball, basketball, track and Cheer for boy's baseball, basketball they also took state in 1A High School Basketball and track. There are also activities in music with a pep, jazz, concert, and marching band. They also have a drama class which participated in region last year 2007-2008. The faculty consists of 11 teachers and their principal. There is a special education program as well at vocational, technology, home economics, and core curriculum programs. Some of the teachers at Tintic had graduated from high school here. There is a mentoring program in place for the new teachers. The components of the mentoring program cover the following items: daily schedule, lesson plans, activities, student discipline, and school traditions. ==Sports== In 2012, as with most 1A schools in region regardless of win/loss record, Tintic High Schools sports teams made it to state. For the boys basketball team, they had a win and took first in region.
